Personal Medical Records
Every time you visit your doctor, hospital, or other healthcare provider, staff at that centre will make a record of your visit. This information is then compiled into what is known as your medical, or health, record and the information is used by doctors, nurses, and other medical staff in that particular healthcare or medical centre to ensure you receive quality healthcare.
