Oesophageal Diseases

Oesophageal disorders are extremely common. Many people seek medical advice for typical symptoms of gastro-oesophageal reflux such as heartburn, epigastric or retrosternal discomfort and regurgitation. Other symptoms of acid reflux may include persistent sore throat, hoarseness, chronic cough, asthma, heart-like chest pain and a feeling of a lump in the throat.
